Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [legal entity name] (ABN [ABN]) governing your use of the GoalGods platform (“GoalGods”, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GoalGods is a game of skill. Outcomes depend on your knowledge and decisions, not on chance.

• ·Entry to all competitions is free.
• ·There are no monetary prizes, cash winnings, or payouts of any kind.
• ·You never wager, stake, or risk money on any outcome.
• ·Nothing on the platform constitutes gambling, betting, or a lottery.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You confirm your age when you register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

GoalGods offers a free Standard tier and an optional paid Pro membership.

• ·The Standard tier is free and lets you enter competitions and play the core game.
• ·A paid Pro membership unlocks additional convenience and analytics features. It does not buy competitive advantage that money alone can win, is not required to play, and provides no cash value.
• ·Pricing, billing cycle, GST treatment, renewal terms, and cancellation rights [to be finalised at Phase 11 — billing not yet active]. These will be presented clearly before any purchase and are governed by Australian Consumer Law.

The free (Standard) tier displays advertising served by Goal Gods’ own ad server. Pro members are ad-free.

• ·Ads may change at any time and are selected contextually (by the page you are viewing) and geographically (country-level) only — see our Privacy Policy.
• ·Advertiser landing pages are third-party websites, and Goal Gods is not responsible for advertiser content or their privacy practices.
• ·You are responsible for your own engagement with any advertised offer.

Sports-betting and gambling advertisements, if any, are subject to applicable Australian advertising standards and are never targeted at minors. This clause is pending legal review.

You agree not to:

• ·Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
• ·Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate scoring, standings, or competitions.
• ·Operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• ·Post content in league chat that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
• ·Attempt to access, disrupt, or damage the Service or other users’ data.

We may moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create (such as chat messages and kit designs). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

Player statistics and scoring rely on third-party data sources and may contain errors or delays. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee it, and scores may be adjusted to reflect corrected data. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our liability for any loss arising from your use of the Service is limited to re-supplying the Service or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
